Phoenix Hardwood Installation
Gonzalez & Sons works with several of the largest hardwood flooring suppliers in Arizona. This allows us to select from endless collection of hardwood options to pick the one which best fits your décor. Wood flooring installation is an art more than it is a skill; with over 25 years of experience we avoid common intermediate mistakes. We begin your project with a free in-home consultation to review your vision and provide recommendations based on style, wood type and texture. Since your project is our portfolio, we look forward to installing wood flooring that will bring the most out of your room (not your pocket).

Quality Installation Everytime
There are many choices out there in both imitation and real wood, and we can help you balance cost, appearance, and durability. The humidity of your home affects your choices in wood floors, so we’ll take that into account in this decision. Since wood is less forgiving of sub-surface imperfections than carpet or tile, we will produce a detailed report on your current foundation. Where there are problems, we’ll repair them permanently instead of using quick fixes like t-bars or filling cracks. This way, your wood floor will sit smooth and last the way it should. Our three-point final inspection makes sure your new wood floor is clean, smooth, and flush.
Quality Inspection Check
At the end of installation we completed a full inspection of your newly installed wood floor. This is completed by the owner himself or our project manager. Below is an overview of what we inspect to make sure your hardwood floor is installed to look spectacular. Related Article: How to Hire a Tile Contractor
Flooring Design: Inspect flooring to ensure it matches the design layout or that boards have been randomly distributed. Replace any defective, damaged or off-colored boards.
Quality Check: Ensure flooring has been installed in all areas that extend under objects. Looking carefully for all gaps and uneven boards.
Final Steps: Once your new hardwood floor is installed we cover high traffic areas to make sure any finish has a chance to properly adhere. During this time we explain proper maintenance upkeep to be sure your wood floor stays looking new for as long as possible. Any left over boards are placed neatly in your garage, should you need them in the future.
